They distribute the heat evenly in the middle and on the edges of the pot or pan, so everything is cooked perfectly and the heat can be regulated at any time using simple rotary controls. The solid cast iron centrepiece is suitable for almost all types of cookware and fits precisely over the flames, preventing cookware from tipping over. You can light the fire easily and safely without a match or lighter: The gas flame is simply ignited using SnapJetIgnition and the flame failure protection shuts off the gas supply to the burner if the flame fails for any reason.
